Mokan Tur Turizm has been operating in Istanbul tourism since 2014, first as a destination management company for incoming European groups, then as a full ground-services provider. Mokan Travel Transfers is the arm of that business that handles airport transfers, VIP chauffeur and group ground for our B2B partners.
We are not a marketplace. We do not resell other people's vehicles. Every Mercedes Vito, every Sprinter, every V-Class VIP in our roster is dispatched by our own team, from a desk that sits inside Istanbul Airport's terminal building, not from an office across town.
That on-airport presence is the reason an operator in Munich, Manchester or Amsterdam can publish a 2026 brochure with our rates and trust that the pickup will happen on day one of the season, year three of the contract.

We do not split focus between walk-up traveller marketing and B2B contracts. Our entire transfer commercial team works with tour operators, FIT wholesalers and DMCs.
Fixed-rate contracts, not dynamic pricing
You contract a rate. We honour it for the contract period: through peak, through fuel volatility, through TRY exchange swings.
Operator-shaped reporting
Monthly consolidated invoicing, per-booking confirmation IDs, csv manifest import, exception reports on late pickups (we publish ours).
