For Tour Operators

Contract terms, not a rate card.

Sign once, season-long pricing, guaranteed capacity, named account management. Mokan Travel Transfers is built specifically for B2B.

What you get

What an operator contract gives you

Fixed seasonal rates

A rate sheet that holds for the contract period, typically 12 months. No surge, no peak premium, no fuel surcharge mid-season.

Guaranteed capacity

A reserved share of fleet against your contracted volume, including peak weeks. We turn away walk-up business to honour partner capacity, not the other way around.

Named account manager

One person, named in the contract, on the email thread, on the WhatsApp group, on the phone. Cover for holidays and weekends defined in writing.

Credit terms

Monthly consolidated invoicing on Net 30 (or as agreed). No prepayment per booking. Year-end reconciliation report on demand.

Written SLA

Pickup punctuality target, exception-response window, dispute-resolution path: written and signed, not handshaked.

Manifest workflows

CSV import, daily push manifests, per-PNR confirmation IDs. Plays cleanly with the way an operator ops team already works.

How it starts

How a partnership starts

1

1. Briefing call (30 minutes)

You tell us your destination volume, target seasons, vehicle mix, hotel coverage needs. We tell you what we can deliver against that profile.

2

2. Proposal (5 working days)

A written rate sheet, capacity commitment, draft SLA. Plain language, no marketing decks.

3

3. Pilot season (optional)

Many operators prefer to pilot a shoulder season before committing. We will run a one-quarter pilot at contract terms if it helps you decide.

4

4. Sign and onboard

Contract signed, dispatch endpoints configured, account manager named, first manifest live.

Rates

About the rates

Contract rates are not published. Every operator profile is different: volume, vehicle mix, hotel set, peak-season exposure, payment terms. We quote against your actual profile, not a one-size sheet.

What we will tell you up front: our rates are designed to be competitive against the dynamic-pricing average over a 12-month window, not against the cheapest off-peak quote.
