These Terms of Service govern the use of usemokan.com and any transfer services booked through it. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms. For partner operators, signed B2B contracts take precedence over these terms.

1. Service provider

Mokan Tur Turizm Travel Agency (TURSAB Doc. No: 10997), referred to as "we", "us" or "Mokan Travel Transfers".

2. Bookings and quotes

Quotes are not bookings. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation referencing a unique booking reference. Until then, no capacity is held and no service is owed.

3. Operator contracts

Contracted partner operators (tour operators, DMCs, FIT wholesalers) operate under a separate written agreement specifying rates, capacity, payment terms and service levels. Where a partner contract exists, its terms govern over these general terms.

4. Pricing

For one-off bookings, prices are confirmed in the quote we issue and are valid for the period stated in that quote. For partner operators, contract rates apply.

5. Cancellations

For one-off bookings: cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service earns a full refund, less any direct costs incurred. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a charge of up to 70% of the service value. No-shows are charged in full.

For partner operators: cancellation policy is governed by the partner contract.

6. Delays and force majeure

We monitor flights in real time and adjust dispatch accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by flight disruption, weather, traffic incidents, road closures, civil unrest, or other force majeure events outside our reasonable control.

7. Driver conduct

Drivers are vetted, insured and English-speaking by default. Passengers are expected to behave lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where safety is at risk.

8. Lost and found

Items left in vehicles are logged at the dispatch desk. We will hold items for 30 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the owner.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service value of the affected booking, except where wider liability is required by mandatory applicable law. We carry passenger liability insurance as required by Turkish regulation.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul. For partner operators, dispute resolution follows the contract.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of booking is the version that applies to that booking.
